Since our customers are unable to physically visit us, we try very hard to make shopping at our web store as close to the "real thing" as possible, but cheaper. What kinds of fabric do you carry? At ACounterpane.com only first quality fabrics from the most desirable designers and top manufactures are offered to you. These are exactly the same fabrics you see in any quilt shop. Because our overhead is less we pass the savings on to you. How is your web store set up? At ACounterpane.com we offer our fabrics by color, by designer or by manufacturer. You can also search by the manufacturer's item number. Do you have a catalog? Since our inventory at ACounterpane.com changes daily, we do not offer a printed catalog at this time. All of our fabrics can be found on our web site with a picture, a price, and a description. Is fabric shipping in one piece? We do our very best to provide your fabric in one continuous piece. Unfortunately, this task is not always possible. We will e-mail you if we cannot provide the yardage you ordered in one piece. Do you offer any discounts? Yes! Sign up for the newsletter at ACounterpane.com and from time to time receive a "Special Discount". How "True" are the colors of the fabrics as shown? We here at ACounterpane.com spend a lot of extra time and make every effort to display the fabrics as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the fabric colors are exact. Each computer system is set up differently and this affects how you see the colors. In our description we try to give you a verbal picture of the colors in everyday terms as we see them. Do you sell or share email information with anyone? Absolutely not! We do not sell or share any information you provide. We only keep your name, address, phone number and email address. No credit card information is retained, unless you specifically request it to be kept for use on future orders.
