Do you have a store?

ACounterpane.com is an Internet store only. We do not have a traditional brick and mortar store. Since our customers are unable to physically visit us, we try very hard to make shopping at our web store as close to the "real thing" as possible.

What kinds of fabric do you carry?

At ACounterpane.com only first quality fabrics from the most desirable designers and top manufactures are offered. These are exactly the same fabrics you see in any quilt shop. Some of the manufacturers we have in stock are: Hoffman of California, Moda, Timeless Treasures, Wilmington Prints, South Seas Imports, Northcott, Clothworks, Henry Glass & Company, RJR Fabrics, Robert Kaufman and about 17 others.

How is your web store set up?

At ACounterpane.com we offer our fabrics by color, by collection or by manufacturer. You can also search by the manufacturer's item number.

Is fabric shipping in one piece?

We do our very best to provide your fabric in one continuous piece. Unfortunately, this task is not always possible. We will e-mail you if we cannot provide the yardage you ordered in one piece.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes!  All our fabrics are discounted.

How "True" are the colors of the fabrics as shown?

We here at ACounterpane.com spend a lot of extra time and make every effort to display the fabrics as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the fabric colors are exact. Each computer system is set up differently and this affects how you see the colors.

Do you sell or share email information with anyone?

Absolutely not! We do not sell or share any information you provide. We only keep your name, address, phone number and email address. No credit card information is retained.

What is your return policy?

We will accept all items in return subject to the following: 1) If the item(s) to be returned is due to our error we will accept all returns and pay for the return postage. 2) If the item(s) to be returned for any other reason items must be exactly as mailed to you. For fabric that means it can not have been washed, cut or altered in any way. If the fabric smells of smoke we will return it to you as we can not resell it.
